Your role in the Homme Youth & Family Programs referral process is critical. 

We'll do all we can to ensure that your referral is treated with dignity, confidentiality and respect. That's part of our philosophy: to treat each youth as a unique individual. 

The process includes these steps: 
Placement dates are arranged after Homme receives the referral and accepts the youth. Openings are subject to change. 

The referral process includes: 
1. Receiving & reviewing a complete referral. 
2. Conducting pre-placement interview. 
3. Collateral contacts with previous placements & community 
     resources. 
4. A decision on accepting or declining placement. 
5. Completing an intake packet. 
6. Coordinating a placement date & transportation.

THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE AS FEW AS 24 HOURS TO COMPLETE.
